Iron-Up Shampoo Our soaps are made byHerbs to help increase and absorb iron whilst improving energy levels. Ingredients: Nettle, Withania, Yellow dock & Codonopsis. Adult Dose: Take 5mls three times per day OR take 7. 5mls twice daily in water or juice before food. Do not use if you have high iron levels or Hemochromatosis.
