There are also some small nicks to the moonstone face that are also only visible under magnification

but there is some residual lead solder on the collets of two side diamonds (visible under magnification)

The vintage ring (circa 1950-1970) features a substantial 18k gold snake of generous proportions with tiny ruby eyes
